Wine style
Cinsault is the Pinot Noir of the Languedoc, with a clear, unadulterated colour and pronounced fruit aromas, with notes of cherry, rose and violet.
The little extras of winemaking
No sulphites were added during vinification, maturing or bottling. A very natural wine, but also fragile and best kept in cool cellars. Keeping temperature: 13°C maximum…
The detail that appeals
Its ageing potential is disconcerting. Its airy structure suggests a quick tasting of the wine’s gourmet notes. But the bottles we have kept in our wine cellar have revealed some incredible urpriss. A 2009 tasted after 10 years of ageing enchanted us and took us to the land of a great Cote de Beaune wine! Try it out in your own cellar.
The perfect time
Drink it with charcuterie. Served at 15°C, it is the ideal companion for summer dinners.
