Come and dine with a family of winemakers at our organic estate, a truly unique experience.
A hilltop where life is good. Sunset over the vines. Share our table for an evening and discover our handcrafted wines.
We love welcoming guests and sharing our passion in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

– Dinner under the stars, served by the winemakers themselves, with 6 estate wines to discover. A set menu, home-cooked, organic and locally sourced.
– Choose to dine as a private group, or embrace the full experience at our shared table in the middle of the vines.

The Spiral
Come and live a unique experience
Come and discover our vineyard and our famous Cinsault vine planted in a Spiral, on a gentle walk through our volcanic vines. We will share our passion and all our winemaking secrets during a visit to our winery. You will have the chance to taste 6 of our organic wines, including of course the wine from the Spiral itself. Round it off with a few local specialities over a convivial aperitif.

The wine bar
The estate’s wine bar, where you can discover our 12 organic cuvées by the glass. Every Friday evening from 7pm, come and share a glass in the vineyards as the sun goes down. A few seasonal small plates to go with the moment. Simple, joyful, right in the heart of the vines.

Wine Tour & Tasting
Languedoc Pézenas
Come and discover our organic wine estate in the heart of the Pézenas terroir, on the hillsides of Caux.
On a guided tour of our winery, we share our passion for wine and the secrets behind our biodynamic approach.
You will then taste 6 of our organic cuvées, crafted from our volcanic vineyards, vibrant, honest wines that tell the story of our land.
