Le Bienveillant
White wine | IGP Pays d’Hérault | White Grenache
Rarity
An old Grenache Blanc inherited from an old winegrower in the village gives birth to this great wine in ultra-limited quantities.
wine style
This wine impresses with its very clear, almost transparent colour, characteristic of Grenache Blanc. On the palate, citrus notes dominate, with lemon and citron. The palate is long and full, with great complexity.
This combination of great aromatic freshness and richness on the finish is the signature of this great wine.
The little extras of winemaking
This is a rare cuvée: 1200 bottles produced, from 2 barrels of 500 litres.
The detail that appeals
This exceptional parcel was handed down to us by Jean-Louis, an 86-year-old winegrower from our village. 70 harvests in a life of winegrowing that began at the age of 16! His memory is phenomenal, his kindness is inspiring and he’s always so kind! This cuvée is a tribute to our friend Jean-Louis, who has since passed away.
The perfect time
With a pan-fried scallop snaquées sprinkled with lemon zest.
