A change of setting can change the way people connect.
At Domaine Allegria, meetings move away from impersonal conference rooms and into a family-run vineyard on the hills of Caux, near Pézenas.
Come for a few hours, half a day or create a full-day programme combining work sessions, food and a shared activity.
Our meeting room can welcome up to 20 people and includes a projector, modular tables and chairs, a flipchart, as well as a microphone and speaker system.
But the estate is much more than a meeting room. The cellar, vineyards and outdoor spaces allow your group to move through different settings during the day and create a less conventional event.
The “Cousu Main” experience
Cousu main: a French expression borrowed from the textile world, literally meaning “hand-sewn”. It describes something made with great care, skilfully crafted, well prepared and of high quality.
Have you ever wanted to create your own wine? To take part in the mystery of winemaking?
You do not need to be an oenologist, or to know wine inside out.
During this experience in the heart of the Languedoc, we invite you to create your very own cuvée at our estate.
Draw up the pattern, choose your style and blend your wine using your favourite grape varieties: Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault.
Then design, stitch together and add the finishing touches to your own label, so that this wine becomes truly yours.

A countryside seminar near Pézenas
Domaine Allegria is located in Caux, north of Pézenas, surrounded by 10 hectares of organic vineyards.
The estate includes a meeting room, a wine cellar and several spaces where meals and activities can take place.
This means your whole day does not have to happen in the same room.
Start with a coffee, work for a few hours, have lunch outside, head into the vineyards, return for a workshop and finish with a glass of wine.
The estate naturally allows you to alternate between focused working sessions and more informal moments.
