Les Hautes Lumières
White wine | AOP Languedoc | Roussanne – Marsanne
Saline notes
This wine has a saline finish, characteristic of volcano wines, which makes you want to drink a second glass when the first is finished!
Wine style
On the one hand, the fresh fruit and peach aromas of Marsanne, and on the other, the honeyed, ripe notes of Roussanne.
The little extras of winemaking
This white cuvée is made from two grape varieties: the Marsanne was vinified in vats, while the Roussanne was matured in barrels.
The two wines were then blended to create this luminous cuvée.
The detail that appeals
The name of the cuvée refers to the intense lights of the South of France. It’s also the title of the Tribu d’A’s signature song, composed by the group Fauve. So don’t miss out on a glass of Hautes Lumières!
The perfect time
With its liveliness, structure and elegance, this white wine will age very well.
It goes very well with cheese, especially small fresh goat’s cheeses sprinkled with thyme.
