This is the very first time we have vinified this great Mediterranean grape variety. We’ve been waiting for it, because Grenache produces wines that are remarkable for their velvety tannins.

No printed label for this cuvée, but a luggage tag bearing its name. A very original way of saluting the departure of three of our grown-up children who left this year to live the Adventure of Life in the four corners of Europe and the World.

With lamb and prunes, or even as a dessert with chocolate cake.
