Swedish Chef Magnus Lindström is cooking at Domaine Allegria on August 10
This year, we decided to open the doors of the Domaine a little wider by welcoming chefs in residence at Domaine Allegria.
For one evening, a chef brings his knives and bags to our home, in the middle of the vineyards, near Pézenas.
He discovers our wines, our volcanic terroir, the local produce and our way of life.
And then, he cooks.
A guest chef.
A menu created especially for Allegria.
Good bottles to share.
The pleasure of gathering around a table.
And vineyards all around us.
For this new chef residency at Domaine Allegria, we are welcoming Magnus, a Swedish chef.
