The detail that appeals
Located in the commune of Caux to the north of the small town of Pézenas, the Allegria vineyard is perched on the first hills of the Haut Languedoc, on the slopes of an ancient Strombolian volcano, 1,300,000 years old.
Situated at the southern end of the volcanic fault stretching from the Massif Central to Cap d’Agde, the Pézenas cru derives its exceptional character from the volcanic origin of its soils, which contribute to the aromatic balance and ageing potential of its wines.
